  • What do I have to know?
    The order shipment process takes approximately 4-7 days for orders within Thailand and 7-14 days for international orders. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification containing a tracking link to help you monitor the delivery of your package. The order shipment sequence is as follows: Order placed -> Shipment processing -> Order shipped to the distribution center in Thailand -> Arrival in your country -> Delivery completed. Please keep in mind that at KODANGS, we do not accept returns based on personal preferences regarding color, model, or design. However, we do provide exchanges of sizes with an additional shipping fee and exchange for new products due to damages without any extra costs. If you wish to return or exchange your order, please get in touch with us via email within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Can I exchange my order?
    Please choose your products carefully, as KODANGS cannot accept returns based on personal preferences regarding color, model, or design. It is possible to exchange the size of the products you have purchased. However, please note that the product must remain unused, and the tag should remain on. Additionally, there will be an extra shipping fee, which will be calculated based on the weight of the products and the destination. If any of the products you receive are damaged or defective, you can exchange them at no extra cost. Please notify us via email within 7 days of receiving the products to request an exchange.
  • How long does it take to process exchanges?
    Exchanged orders will take approximately the same amount of time as the original order to be delivered. If you are an international customer, it may take around 7-14 days for the exchanged order to reach you.
  • How can I request a refund?
    KODANGs do not offer a refund service, but we do offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect deliveries.
  • How to "Pay" for international customers
    Add to cart > View cart Paypal checkout (Yellow botton) > Pay with credit card (Second botton/ Guest payment)
  • What currency can I use?
    Our payment system offers considerable flexibility to our customers, accepting payments in various currencies, including THB, USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, CNY, and TWD. In addition to these, we also accept other currencies. Our payment options include OPN, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, PromptPay, and Thai bank transfers.
  • Are customs duties included in the purchase price?
    The customs duties are not included in the purchase price. Customs authorities of each country set duty-free allowance limits which exclude shipping fees. If applicable, KODANGS will inform you about customs fees.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    KODANGS offers shipping services within Thailand and internationally. We ensure safe and reliable delivery of your packages to their destination, whether it's a local or an international address.
  • How can I cancel/modify my order?
    Please let us know via email or Instagram inbox if you need to make any changes to your order or shipping address before it ships, as it is not possible to make changes after it has been shipped.
  • How do I track my order and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

    The shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the products and their destination and will be displayed at checkout.
  • What do I need to know about the customs policies?
    Shipping delays may occur due to customs clearance policies in certain countries. While KODANGs strives for prompt shipping, customers may need to directly contact the customs office in some instances to receive their items. For additional information, please reach out to your local customs office.
