Stock Management/Order

• Fulfillment Staff Manage, control, and oversee the inventory system Monitor and report the daily stock movement of products

• Coordinate and communicate with the shipping team for daily order fulfillment Prepare and verify packing slips for product orders Summarize the daily and monthly stock movement reports

• Work Monday to Saturday on regular working hours at Lamlukka warehouse   (https://goo.gl/maps/QyJmnHC94EbSKy6K7 ) 

Qualifications: Male or female

• Willing to learn and problem solve

• Detail-oriented in checking the inventory count

• Knowledgeable and familiar with modern technology and systems

• Responsible and able to work under pressure

• Understanding of online sales systems is a plus

• Coordinate with the internal team to drive the project to success.

• Develop a timeline plan for each project and monitor the progress from start to finish for the team and relevant contacts within the planned conditions and time.

• Coordinate with the outsourced team for certain projects.

• Creatively solve problems and push forward the responsible projects effectively.

• Capable of managing tasks with attention to detail, being a leader, and solving specific problems.

• Diligently seek knowledge and self-improvement.

• Responsible for completing tasks within the assigned timeframe.

• Possess knowledge and understanding of new technology and systems.

• Design products according to the current Collection concept.

• Design various graphics. Design with a technical perspective and consider efficient production techniques.

• Collaborate with the team to source and select suitable fabrics and materials for production.

• Coordinate with the Merchandiser team and production team to create product samples.

• Prepare accurate and complete production-related documents on time.

• Control the production of samples to ensure they are correct and on schedule.

• Take any necessary actions to ensure products meet the concept and business goals.

• A portfolio and Instagram account are required.

• Understand the brand image. Have patience and a high sense of responsibility.

• Be creative, enjoy and love designing work. Be enthusiastic, responsible, daring to think and do, and willing to share.

• Keep up with fashion trends constantly.

• Salary based on experience and open to new graduates.

• Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. Ability to draw is a plus.

• Understand brand image. Ability to think and write in English (if you can come up with cool words, it's a plus).

• Good communication skills with a passion for design and advertising.

• Have a sense of color and layout for online communication.

• Ability to design Graphic Motion, Social Media Post. Constantly looking for new ideas, updating new trends.

• Have patience and high responsibility.
